Thank you so much again for sorting out the video conferencing facilities at such short notice. 
The client really gave us a headache by not replying sooner to important questions.

I spoke to my colleague who attended the London facilities in Trafalgar Square for the video conference with the client in San Francisco.
He said he was pretty impressed, everything went well and was happy with the person onsite being so helpful.
Both he and our European President who used the San Francisco facilities were very impressed that you were able to get things sorted at such short notice.

So far it has been a pretty darn good experience dealing with you both and highly impressive that you were able to sort out various suites given that you did not have much time to sort things out.
