To connect all you require is a video enabled device (pc, tablet or laptop), a broadband connection, and a quiet room.

The prison will issue you you with the VCC/ISDN/E164 number of the booked booth (usually 8875 44XX XXXX). To book an ISDN bridge complete the form below and one of our video link specialists will contact you with our secure software download link and will arrange a test call with you.
