Oh, that sinking feeling when the videoconferencing link you’ve arranged between Dubai and the court fails for no apparent reason.  Fortunately, VCL were there to help.  Despite being last minute and involving a different time zone, the bridging link was set up overnight and was good to go at the start of the court day the next morning.  Cannot recommend highly enough, with particular mention to the extremely helpful Daniel Shaw, who is a credit to the company.
