At the heart of our unified communications offerings are a series of infrastructure hardware tools (intelligent core) include the following: Polycom DMA which we use for management and routing, Polycom RMX Bridge used to connect video and audio enabled devices, Polycom CMA server and clients, used for scheduling and desktop connection. Microsoft is present within more than 90 percent of desktop environments. Our desktop video conferencing solutions are configured to provide both Microsoft Lync and CMA desktop support.

Scaleability is key with our solutions. We ensure our unified communication solutions are ready to integrate the next level of video tools, including streaming and recording, video on demand, and mass distribution.

Cloud Based Solutions – Dedicated Bridge
We spare no effort to bring you the very best in cloud based video bridging. With security and connectivity at the heart of our solutions you can be sure that what you get will have the ultimate levels of security, bandwidth,connectivity and expertise hosted and managed for your conferences.
A dedicated bridge contract typically lasts between 3 and 5 years which ensures you will always have the most up to date systems, firmware and encryption ensuring the best quality reliable video conference calls every time.

Cloud Based Solutions- Shared Bridge | Bridge Hire
We provide a high level of security and connectivity for your standards based video enabled devices. Reliability, connectivity and security are at the core of our solutions. A shared facility enables the technology savvy to leverage the might of video conferencing without the financial commitment of a dedicated solution..
We provide virtual rooms capable of connecting IP & ISDN video and audio enabled devices. Virtual meeting rooms can be rented on annual, monthly, or hourly basis. You choose your level of connectivity ranging from a single dial in virtual room to a multi-way IP & ISDN enabled facility that hosts up to 12 sites in a single call. You can commit to a little as an hour on a pay as you go basis or enjoy our discounted monthy and annual tariffs.

Annual Agreement – We require a minimum commitment of 24 hours per annum. For your commitment you get our best discounted call plan. You receive premier producer assisted dial in or dial out service with access to our IP, ISDN and audio networks. Our agreements are the most competitive on the market. Your allowance rolls over each month, which means you can use your minutes anytime within the agreement period.

Pay Monthly – We require a minimum commitment of 2 hours per month. For your commitment you get our premium discounted call plan. You receive premier producer assisted dial in or dial out service and excellent value for your money. Your 2 hour allowance can be split into 30 minute calls or two one hour calls.

Pay As You Go | Hire – No commitment is required, simply allow 50 minutes prior to your meeting for testing new sites. Pay online or over the phone then simply have your meeting. You receive the same outstanding producer assisted dial in or out service that qualifies our service as the best in the world.
