I recently had a 3-day trial in Bradford dealing with a property dispute.  One of our witnesses was based in Kent.  Travelling to the court would have been a 525 mile and 10 hour round trip for around 30 minutes of evidence.  To try to avoid this, I made an application for his evidence to be heard by video link, which was granted, and arrangements were made for him to attend a local hotel/conference facility to give his evidence.  Unfortunately, less than 24 hours before he was due to give his evidence, the hotel called to say they did not have the necessary equipment and alternative arrangements should be made.  Fortunately, I found out about Video Conferencing London.  I first contacted them at 15:45 on the day before the witness was due to give evidence at 10:30.  Daniel at Video Conferencing London talked my witness through downloading an App on his iPad and then patched him through to the court.  So on the following morning, my witness sat at the dining room table in his house in Kent and gave his evidence to a court room in Bradford via his ipad.

I was enormously impressed with the service provided and particularly with Daniel who in less than 24 hours set up the video link, which worked without a hitch.  I would heartily recommend Video Conferencing London to anyone on the basis of the service alone, but I have to say that the cost was also extremely good value.
